What are your opening hours?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We aim to reply to messages within 3–6 hours during business hours. On weekends, orders are processed on Monday. You can WhatsApp your query at any time with some details to help us prioritise your request when we return.

Can I cancel or change my furniture order?

Once you place an order, it goes straight into processing for dispatch or production. Because of this, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders of flooring or furniture?

Yes. If you’re buying multiple items or flooring for your whole home, we can often create apackage discount. If you already have a quote, share it with us and we’ll see if we can match or beat it. Please do contact us to see if we can assist.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus other secure payment options available at checkout.

Stock & Inventory

We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers, but not all of them provide live inventory updates. While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate on our website, occasionally an item may sell out before your order is processed. 

If this happens, we’ll contact you straight away to let you know and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund — whichever you prefer. 

Do you deliver furniture nationwide in Ireland?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Ireland. We’ve partnered with a trusted delivery service, and pricing is based on the size of the product and number of packages, not your location. The same delivery rates apply nationwide. Once your item is ready, our delivery partner will contact you directly with further information.

How much does delivery cost for furniture or flooring?

Delivery costs depend on the item’s size and number of packages. The exact delivery price will be shown at the checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

Yes. You can collect your order from our depot at:M Kelly InteriorsFleenstown, The Ward, Co. DublinD11 ET71 Please note this depot is for deliveries and collections only — we do not have a public showroom. Collections must be scheduled in advance with our team, as staff availability varies.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product and supplier. Once your order arrives at our depot, you’ll receive email confirmation. From there, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Typically, delivery can be arranged within 3–4 days after your order arrives at our depot.

Can I arrange my own courier?

What is your returns policy for online furniture orders?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Some exclusions apply, see our full Returns & Damages Policy.

Can I return a mattress in Ireland?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses, pillows, and sealed bedding cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty.

How do I return furniture or flooring?

Email info@mkellyinteriors.ie with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item. Our team will confirm if it’s eligible for return and guide you through the proces

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email info@mkellyinteriors.ie within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as soon as possible.

What is the M Kelly Interiors Mobile Showroom?

Our mobile showroom service brings flooring samples directly to your home across the Greater Dublin region. You can see and feel the samples in your own space and lighting before deciding. As our team is small, this service is currently available on selected days in Dublin and nearby areas. If you’re outside the region, please enquire, we review each request individually and, where possible, will do our best to accommodate your visit.

Do you offer a free flooring measuring service in Dublin?

Yes. We provide a free professional measuring service in Dublin and surrounding areas. Our team will visit your home, take precise measurements, and recommend the best options for your space.

Can you assemble furniture on delivery?

Yes. Our delivery partner can arrange assembly at an additional cost. Please mention this when placing your order, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.

Do you remove old furniture or mattresses?

Yes, we can arrange for mattress removal at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this service to be added to your delivery.
