Returns & Damages

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and damaged or faulty goods. 
 

1. Damaged or Faulty Items 

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All items are carefully checked in our depot before dispatch. 
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mkellyinteriors.ie with the following: 
  • Your order number 
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or fault 
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Where possible, we may organise collection of the damaged item. 
 

2. Change of Mind Returns 

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is: 
  • In its original packaging 
  • Unused and in new, resalable condition 
Please note: 
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items (such as custom flooring or furniture) are non-returnable unless faulty. 
  • Mattresses, pillows, and other sealed goods for health, hygiene, or security reasons cannot be exchanged or returned once opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. 
 

3. Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. 
  • Refunds for damaged or faulty goods will also include reimbursement of any return shipping costs. 
 

4. Delivery Partners & Responsibility

We work with a combination of trusted delivery partners depending on the product type: 
  • Courier services for smaller items (e.g. bedding, lighting, homewares). 
  • Specialist furniture couriers for larger or fragile goods. 
While your order is in transit, it is insured against loss or damage. Should an issue arise, M Kelly Interiors will handle the claim process on your behalf. 
 

5. Returns Process 

To make a return: 
  1. Contact our Customer Experience Team at info@mkellyinteriors.ie. 
  2. Provide your order details and photos (if applicable). 
  3. We will confirm if the item is eligible for return or refund. 
  4. We will arrange a courier collection or provide return instructions. 
  5. Your refund or replacement will be processed once the item is received back at our depot. 
 

6. Exceptions & Exclusions 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 
  • Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order products 
  • Clearance or sale items 
  • Goods not returned in their original condition or packaging 
  • Sealed items (e.g. mattresses, bedding, hygiene products) once opened or unsealed
