So, how does it work?

If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorised Irish retailer, we will match it after a little check. Our goal is simple: a fair price with the same trusted quality and service you expect from us.

  1. Share a product link or a dated PDF/email for the exact brand, model, finish, size, and configuration.
  2. We check the item is new, the same specification, and covered by the brand warranty. The comparison price must include VAT and any mandatory fees.
  3. The retailer must be authorised for Ireland. We confirm the item is in stock or on a comparable lead time and that we can source it through our own supplier network.
  4. We aim to respond within 1–3 working days. If approved, we send a checkout link at the matched price.
  5. The matched price is valid for 24 hours for the named customer and item.

What We Do Match

  • Same brand, model, finish, size, fabric or configuration.
  • Brand-new product with full manufacturer warranty.
  • Authorised Irish retailer able to supply ROI.
  • Like-for-like total price including VAT and mandatory fees (delivery excluded and charged separately).
  • In stock, or on a comparable lead time.
  • Current, verifiable price shown online or on a dated formal quote (usually within 14 days).
  • Prices compared in euro. If a sterling price is shown, we convert at the mid-market rate at time of review.

What We Don’t Match

  • Clearance, ex-display, used or refurbished items.
  • Marketplace listings, auction sites, private sellers, grey imports, or unauthorised resellers.
  • Coupon stacking, membership-only pricing, staff or trade discounts, financing subsidies, or time-limited flash coupons.
  • Bundle deals, multi-buy offers, or sets where the per-item price is not clear.
  • Obvious pricing errors or misprints.
  • Retailers outside supplier territory for Ireland or offers we cannot source through our own network.
  • Requests made after an order is placed.

Terms & Conditions (the not-so-small print)

Where It Applies

  • Republic of Ireland customers only.
  • Competitor must be an authorised Irish retailer able to deliver to ROI. We do not match marketplace sellers, auction sites, private sellers, or grey-import sites

What “Like-For-Like” Means

  • Same brand, model, finish, size, fabric or configuration, and the item must be new and covered by the brand warranty.
  • Same delivery method and lead time in principle. Minor differences can occur, but the item must be either in stock or available on a comparable lead time.
  • Custom or made-to-order items must match the exact specification quoted.

What The Price Must Include

  • The competitor price must include VAT and any mandatory fees or surcharges.
  • We do not include delivery in the match. Delivery is charged separately based on item size. Collection by appointment is available.

Proof We Need

  • A link to the product page or a dated PDF/email quotation from the retailer.
  • The price must be current and verifiable at the time we review it. We may request confirmation of stock and lead time.
  • Quotes must be within 14 days of the request.

Things We Do Not Match

  • Clearance, ex-display, used or refurbished items.
  • Coupon stacking, membership-only pricing, staff or trade discounts, financing subsidies, or bundle deals where the individual item price is not clear.
  • Obvious pricing errors or “too good to be true” listings.
  • Unauthorised resellers, grey imports, or retailers outside supplier territory for Ireland.
  • Multi-buy offers where the per-unit price depends on a minimum quantity and cannot be verified on a single unit basis.

Timing and Validity

  • Requests must be made before you place an order. We cannot apply a match retrospectively.
  • Once approved, the matched price is valid for 24 hours and for the named customer and item only.
  • One price match per item. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Stock Checks

  • We must be able to source the identical item through our own authorised supplier network. If the item is not available to us, we cannot apply the match.

Currencies and Taxes

  • Price comparisons are made in euro. If a competitor shows sterling, we convert at the XE mid-market rate at the time we review the request. Prices must be VAT inclusive.
