All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment options as displayed at checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate.
Delivery or collection fees (where applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier, as some items may take longer to arrive.
Once your order arrives at our depot, you’ll receive an email notification. Following this, our external delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
All delivery correspondence and updates will be managed by them.
Where collection is available, this will take place from our depot (D11 ET71) by prior arrangement only.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once delivery or collection has been completed.
7. Returns & Cancellations
We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for:
- Custom-made, bespoke, or special-order items
- Mattresses, pillows, or bedding once packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons

8. Warranties & Guarantees
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
9. Stock & Inventory
We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers, but not all provide live stock updates.
While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed.
If this occurs, we’ll notify you immediately and offer an alternative item or full refund.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M Kelly Interiors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for defective products under Irish consumer law.
