Antique Art Deco Rug

This antique rug, sourced from Ornate Rugs, was hand knotted in the East Turkestan region using 100 percent handspun natural wool and traditional natural dyes. The soft beige field is framed by deep indigo tones, with stylised florals and geometric borders that show the influence of early Art Deco design.

With more than a century of age, it has developed a gentle patina that adds warmth and depth. Its narrower proportions make it ideal for hallways, bedsides or smaller living spaces where a refined, decorative accent is needed.
