Super Wash Kilim

This handwoven kilim, sourced from Ornate Rugs, was made in Afghanistan using 100 percent natural wool. The design centres on a bold row of linked diamond medallions in turquoise, soft pink, lilac and deep red, framed by stepped geometric borders in the same lively palette. The contrast between the cool blue field and the warmer accent colours gives it a bright and uplifting look without losing its traditional character.

Its proportions work well in living rooms, bedrooms or larger open spaces where a colourful flatweave can add warmth and personality.
